Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to a bowl, and stir until combined.
Add the cheddar cheese and stir together.
Lay out the tortillas, and add ¼ of the mixture to each, then gently spread it to the edges.
Cut the ham into small pisces, and layer ¼ of it on each tortilla.
Starting at one end, roll each tortilla until you get to the other end.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut the ends off of each tortilla roll, then cut into 1 inch pieces. Arrange flat on a plate or tray for serving.

These are wonderful! I made them for a women’s church party and everyone loved them. I will add another half block of cream cheese for the spread, one 8 oz block was not enough and could not spread to the edge of tortilla. It’s a great flavor combination.

You can do them 24 hours before, but the longer they sit, they're likely to get soggy. If you're making them ahead, be sure to keep the rolls wrapped tightly in plastic wrap until ready to slice into pinwheels.
