I never know how time flies, but it has. Swim team starts tomorrow, and we’ll be at the pool from 5-6 every night. Plus there’s still 3 1/2 weeks of school left–what’s up with that? I’m pulling out all the stops this week on easy dinners. I need crockpot meals, stuff I can pull from the freezer (and to find the time to refill it), and quickie meals that save us from calling for pizza. It helps that I can’t eat pizza anymore; it’s so hard to do takeout now that I’m gluten-free.
