It was spring, for about two weeks. Then we got snow yesterday, and we're back to rainy days, possible “wintry mix,” and low temps all week. I call for soup!
Sunday–We had another family over for dinner, and we used a ZPizza certificate from Restaurant.com.
Meatless Monday! Pasta with veggies and pesto
Tuesday–Busy night, so we're having baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese and leftover Tortilla Soup from the weekend.
Wednesday–Pesto Turkey Melts, homemade fries (I'll use gluten-free bread for me)
Thursday–Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole in the slow cooker
Friday–Easy Baked Tilapia, green beans, brown rice
Saturday–Chicken & Broccoli Pie (I substitute GF baking mix for the Bisquick), salad
