Last week was bad. I didn't have a meal plan, so most nights I was pulling together leftovers or we ordered pizza. I'll get back on track this week. Because chicken breasts were on sale at Giant, I stocked up and need to do a cooking session today to prep all of it. That will fill my freezer to help me keep us on track both nutritionally and financially.
Sunday–Easy Chicken Bake
Monday–Chicken & Broccoli Pie, green beans, bread
Tuesday–Veggies on angel hair pasta (mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, onions)
Wednesday–Homemade Pizza using this pizza dough and sauce and lots of veggies (my kids like mushrooms, olives, and spinach). I make the dough in the breadmaker for pennies compared to the Pillsbury tubes I used to buy.
Thursday–Stroganoff-Style Chicken, peas
Friday–Hamburgers, Homemade Fries, salad
Saturday–Spinach lasagna, garlic bread
