Welcome to Way Back Wednesday! Halloween week is a fun time to look back and reminisce about holidays past. Don't you love looking at old photos of your kids on Halloween? On Facebook the other day, this picture popped up as one of my Memories–it's my son dressed as The Pillsbury Doughboy for Halloween in 2004. It was a last-minute costume I came up with so we could attend a MOMS Club Halloween Party.
He was so cute! And it's funny because 10 years later, he dressed in all white again when he went as a Stick Figure for Halloween 2014. I'll be posting pics from this year's DIY costumes over at Instagram, so follow me there.
My favorite posts from last week’s link-up:
Giftie Etcetera shared a really helpful hint–How to Organize Link Parties–but it's actually a great way to organize any multiple sites you visit frequently, like coupon sites or other sites that update frequently. For me, just this week I had been wanting a system to keep track of the weekly linky parties I participate in–what great timing! Since I'm using Chrome, I can get the organized list no matter which computer I'm on (at home or working offsite on the laptop).
Fall is a great time to recommit to organizing, before the chaos of the holidays brings in more clutter. I love these three big tips from OrgJunkie on Maintaining an Organized Closet. I've been doing them for years (my family, not so much). Whether you need to tackle your closet or just want to stay organized from where you are now, go check it out.
Let's get to the link-up!
This link party is specifically for older posts that you want to bring some new attention to. They can be unedited or completely rewritten. If you're a blogger, it's a great reason to re-visit an old post and update it with a new, Pinnable image!
Here's what to do:
1. Click the blue “Add your link” button and follow the instructions to add your link and image.
2. You can submit up to 3 posts per week and you are welcome to share posts you've linked up before. (Just don't be spammy about it.) Please no link-ups, giveaways, or sponsored posts.
3. Visit other blogs and leave a comment to let them know how you found them.
4. Please promote this link party in some way–either link back here, or post about it on social media.
