Welcome back to another Way Back Wednesday linky party! We've been having a blast each week sharing our older-but-still-great evergreen posts. It's a great way to check out recipes and seasonal posts; keep an eye out for Halloween posts these next few weeks. I started early and linked up my $5 DIY Owl Costume below–it's a reader favorite, so if you're new, click through and see how easy it is.
I'm one of four bloggers sharing the posts we see each week. Go check out my co-hosts:
My favorite posts from last week's link-up:
Now that the weather's cooler, I like to spend a little time each week baking up muffins and cookies fo the kids to use in their lunchboxes or as afterschool snacks. This Coffee Cake Dairy Free Muffin Recipe from Amanda at Our Homemade Life has one of my favorite fall flavors–cinnamon–at the center, and it uses almond milk for extra flavor (and makes it dairy-free if you need that).
Fall is when my kids get sick, between seasonal allergies flaring up their asthma and all the extra contact with classmates. It's great to be reminded of the Easiest Way to Keep Kids Healthy (Wash Hands!) from Smart Kids 101. Julie offers great tips on encouraging handwashing and how to do it correctly.
Let's get to the link-up!
This link party is specifically for older posts that you want to bring some new attention to. They can be unedited or completely rewritten. If you're a blogger, it's a great reason to re-visit an old post and update it with a new, Pinnable image!
Here's what to do:
1. Click the blue “Add your link” button and follow the instructions to add your link and image.
2. You can submit up to 3 posts per week and you are welcome to share posts you've linked up before. (Just don't be spammy about it.) Please no link-ups, giveaways, or sponsored posts.
3. Visit other blogs and leave a comment to let them know how you found them.
4. Please promote this link party in some way–either link back here, or post about it on social media.
