Baked Acorn Squash Recipe

This baked acorn squash recipe is simple, wholesome, and delicious. If you've never tried squash before, this is a great recipe to start with.  It also makes an easy Thanksgiving side dish.

My baked acorn squash recipe is very simple.  I consider it a very easy recipe to make! There is only four ingredients and a few simple steps to make it up.


acorn squash butter brown sugar pinch of salt


1. Preheat the oven to 350˚

2. Wash the acorn squash. Split in half and scoop out the insides


3. Before filling, score lightly with a paring knife.

4. Put ½ the butter, brown sugar in each of the two squash halves.


5. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

6. Place in baking pan.
