Baked Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Making baked ham and cheese pinwheels is easy and fun.  This baked pinwheel appetizer recipe is great for brunch, lunches, snacks, and more!

Ham and cheese pinwheels are tasty and easy to make which makes them the ideal recipe for a quick lunch recipe or a tasty snack.

 Ingredients

> refrigerated rolled pizza dough. > slices of ham > cheddar cheese, shredded. > swiss cheese, shredded. > mayonnaise > dijon mustard > Dry parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Unroll each dough onto a sheet of wax paper and press to flatten to a thin, even rectangle.  

2. For ham & cheddar: Spread mayonnaise evenly onto dough leaving a small space around the border.

3. Place 6 slices of ham on top of mayonnaise Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the ham Using the wax paper to assist, roll the filled dough away from you pressing the end seam into the rollRoll wax paper around the roll.

4. For ham & swiss: Spread dijon mustard evenly onto dough leaving a small space around the border.

5. Place 6 slices of ham on top of the mustard Sprinkle swiss cheese over the ham Using the wax paper to assist, roll the filled dough away from you pressing the end seam into the roll.
