Simple Breaded Pork Chops Recipe

These delicious breaded pork chops are easy to make and great for weeknight dinners!

A simple breaded pork chop recipe that has breading which doesn't crumble.  My tasty pork chops make an excellent gluten free option for dinner as well.


> boneless pork loin chops, pounded to ¼ inch thickness > olive oil > eggs, lightly beaten > grated Parmesan cheese > Lemon, sliced into wedges > Salt and pepper, as desired

Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 1

Salt and pepper each pork loin chop on both sides. Dip into eggs to coat both sides, allowing the excess to drip off.

Step 2

Immediately dip pork loin chop in Parmesan cheese, pressing cheese into the pork on both sides.

Step 3

Carefully add oil to skillet and then cook the pork in small batches, browning until golden on each side, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Remove to paper toweling and keep warm.

Step 5

Serve these simple breaded pork chops with fresh lemon slices.
