Broccoli  with Bacon Salad

This broccoli with bacon salad is quick and easy to prepare.  It's naturally gluten free and a delicious way to eat more broccoli!

When it comes to working fresh veggies into your diet you don't have to stress. Broccoli salad is a great way to enjoy some tasty vegetables without having to argue your way into it!

 Ingredients

fresh broccoli small yellow onion bacon sliced almonds mayonnaise milk or cream

Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until browned.

Step 1

Cool and crumble.

Step 2

Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and cut the onion into thin bite size slices.

Step 3

In a large bowl combine broccoli, cooked bacon, sliced almonds (optional) and mix well.
