How To Make Meatloaf With No Breadcrumbs

This easy gluten free meatloaf recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners!

 Ingredients – 1 ½ lbs ground beef or turkey – ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced small – ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced small – ¼ cup celery, diced small – ¼ cup carrot, shredded fine – 1 tablespoon dry onion – 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce – ½ cup ketchup – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 cup quick oats – 1 egg, beaten                                                     

Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. In a small bowl whisk together the ketchup and one tablespoon of the worcestershire sauce, set aside

3. In a large bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients until well combined 4. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray

5. Place the meat mixture in the baking dish and form and even, oval shape 6.Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through

7. Remove from oven and cover with set aside sauce 8. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes
