In a medium bowl, beat together all ingredients until well combined. Roll dough out flat and then use a small christmas tree cookie cutter and cut out the trees.

Bake for 8 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to racks with a cookie spatula.
