Ingredients– ½ cup butter, softened– ½ cup sugar– 2 eggs– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree– 2 cups flour (white or wheat--I used wheat)– 1 tsp baking soda– 1 tsp cinnamon– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice – ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
3. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and stir just until moistened.
5. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread in prepared loaf pan.
6. Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
