Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasting Brussels sprouts gives them a fabulous texture.  Try this simple recipe with olive oil and garlic.


-  Brussels sprouts -  Minced garlic -  Olive oil -  Salt -  Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 1

Clean the Brussels Sprouts with water, then chop off each end and slicing the large ones in half.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the Brussels Sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Toss to evenly coat.
