Ingredients – 1 - 4 pack andouille sausage, sliced thin – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 3 Tablespoons dry onion, minced – 3 carrots, diced – 2 celery ribs, diced – 2 cans great northern beans – ½ teaspoon dry oregano – 2 bay leaves – 4 cups chicken broth – salt & pepper to taste – 3 cups baby spinach
Instructions 1. Put broth in slow cooker and stir in garlic, onion, oregano, salt & pepper until combined
2. Add in sausage, beans, carrots, and celery
