Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice

This delicious recipe for slow cooker red beans and rice is indulgent and simple to make.  A great weeknight recipe that everyone will love!

- dried red beans, sorted and rinsed - diced tomatoes - ham, diced - smoked sausage, cut in half and sliced - chopped celery - chopped onion - chopped bell pepper - bay leaves

 Ingredients

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir to combine.

Step 2

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until the beans are tender.

Step 3

Taste and adjust the salt to your desired preference.

Step 4

Remove the bay leaves. Serve over rice.
