One Pot Turkey Parmesan Pasta

-  Ground turkey -  Onion -  Green pepper -  Diced tomatoes                     with Italian spices -  Whole wheat pasta -  Parmesan cheese -  Low-sodium beef broth

In a large skillet over medium/high heat, saute the onion and green pepper until soft.

Step 1

Add the ground turkey, breaking up into small pieces.  Once cooked, remove from pan with a slotted spoon, leaving the drippings/juice. 

Step 2

Return the skillet to the heat and add the beef broth, tomatoes, and pasta.  Stir to coat all of the pasta.
