Hot Cheese Dip with Bacon

Looking for a hot appetizer? Look no further!  This hot cheese dip with bacon is a crowd pleaser that is simple to make and great for parties!

Similar to my cheesy bean dip this hot cheese dip with bacon is perfect for sharing and great for parties, game day events, and family gatherings.

> cream cheese, softened to room temperature. > mayonnaise > sour cream > shredded mozzarella cheese. > Gruyere cheese > bacon, cooked and chopped. > green onions, thinly sliced.

 Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

In a medium sized bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, bacon (reserve some for topping the dip), and combine thoroughly with a spoon.

Step 3

Pour into a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 35 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from oven. Top with additional bacon and green onions. Serve warm.
