Twice Baked  Potatoes Recipe

This easy twice baked potatoes recipe is perfect for an easy dinner recipe.  These twice baked potatoes with bacon are indulgent and tasty.

 Ingredients

-  Medium size potatoes -  Butter -  Sour cream -  Cheddar cheese -  Bacon, cooked & chopped -  Chives -  Salt & pepper

Bake the potatoes in the oven or microwave until fork tender.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and let cool just a little.

Step 2

Scoop out the potato from the skin and place it into a medium size bowl - be careful to keep the skins intact.
