Veggie Frittata

This easy veggie frittata recipe is simple to make and perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and more. 


-  Eggs -  Milk -  Salt -  Pepper -  Olive oil -  Yellow onion -  Asparagus

Place the oven rack in the center position and preheat the oven to 350º.

Step 1

In a large bowl, use a whisk to beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium.

Step 3

Add yellow onion and asparagus to pan and sauté until soft, approx. 7 minutes.
