Add the raspberries to a small bowl, and use a spoon to crush them into a jelly type mixture. Set aside.
Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla to a large bowl, and stir well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add the raspberry mixture and white chocolate chips, and give a quick stir.
Pour a small amount of the mixture into the waffler maker, just enough to fill it.
Put the lid down and cook for 2 minutes, then use a fork to remove the waffle.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the waffles are cooked.
Top with extra raspberries and/or white chocolate chips if desired.
