Let’s dive on in and see how easy it is to make these homemade mini waffles. They’re pretty simple to pull together and once you get the hang of it you’ll be busy churning out waffles as your family gobbles them up just as quickly!

Preheat the waffle maker.

Add the raspberries to a small bowl, and use a spoon to crush them into a jelly type mixture. Set aside.

Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla to a large bowl, and stir well.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Add the raspberry mixture and white chocolate chips, and give a quick stir.

Pour a small amount of the mixture into the waffler maker, just enough to fill it.

Put the lid down and cook for 2 minutes, then use a fork to remove the waffle.

Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the waffles are cooked.
