How to make ham and cheese pinwheels with tortillas:

Let’s dive in and take a look at this simple step by step guide for making ham and cream cheese pinwheels with flour tortillas. You can use whatever variety of tortillas you need. You can use low carb wraps, gluten free wraps, or just choose your favorite flavored tortillas if you want to mix things up a little bit. Plain old flour tortillas work fine too of course.

Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to a bowl, and stir until combined.

Lay out the tortillas, and add ¼ of the mixture to each, then gently spread it to the edges.

Cut the ham into small pisces, and layer ¼ of it on each tortilla.

Starting at one end, roll each tortilla until you get to the other end.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

These are wonderful! I made them for a women’s church party and everyone loved them. I will add another half block of cream cheese for the spread, one 8 oz block was not enough and could not spread to the edge of tortilla. It’s a great flavor combination.

How far in advance can you make pinwheels

You can do them 24 hours before, but the longer they sit, they're likely to get soggy. If you're making them ahead, be sure to keep the rolls wrapped tightly in plastic wrap until ready to slice into pinwheels.
