There’s nothing fancy going on here. You might be surprised by how flavorful and delicious these pinwheels are seeing as they contain such simple and easy-to-find ingredients.

Can you believe that? Just four ingredients! If you don’t care about the color of these pinwheels you can use whatever type of wraps you want. I like using green tortillas for the Christmas holiday.

Typically, gluten free wraps (if you require those) only come in white, but the flavor will still be there. You can always add some chopped baby spinach to the inside when wrapping up the rolls in that case to make them green and red.

How to make cream cheese pinwheels:

Start by washing and dicing the red bell pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until fully combined. You can also use homemade ranch seasoning instead of store-bought.

Spread the cream cheese on each tortilla wrap, and sprinkle the diced bell pepper over top.

Roll each wrap tightly to form a log. Using a serrated knife, cut each log into 1/2” to 1” slices. Lay face up before serving.

Serve fresh, you can also store the leftovers in an air tight container for leftovers. Keep in mind that the wraps will get a little squishy after a bit so I wouldn’t make them in advance!

Looking for a way to add even more fun and flavor to your pinwheels?

There are a lot of varieties of whipped cream cheese nowadays. You can get flavored types and use that in place of the regular cream cheese.

Another great way to spice up these pinwheels is to add some other veggies to the inside. You can chop or shred your favorite veggies and include some when adding the peppers.
