Can I make this with pre-cooked ground beef?

If you meal prep ground meat you can absolutely use it to make this quick ground beef pasta recipe…in fact, it will make it even quicker!

Make sure your meat is thawed and just saute is a bit to warm it up so that you aren’t throwing cold meat into your pasta at the very end.

You can cook ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, etc. ahead of time. I usually use a general seasoning mix of salt and pepper with any other mild flavorings that I think will be good and then drain it and freeze it in meal sized portions.
