What makes up the breading?

The pork chops are technically a Pork Milanese recipe so they are breaded in Parmesan cheese. The cheese forms a nice crust and keeps these chops juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned.

I love that this is a cheese breading because it makes the pork taste so great. The Parmesan adds a tangy and salty flavor that really goes over great with the whole family.

Is this a Pork Milanese recipe?

It is! Pork Milanese is not quite as popular as breaded pork chops, so for the average person I decided that these would be more accessible as breaded pork chops. For those of you who know a little bit more about the culinary world, this recipe is technically Pork Milanese.
