How to select the best pork chops:

The best pork chops will vary based on how you want to cook them. For a really quick recipe that you are making on the stovetop you’ll want thin sliced pork chops that can cook quickly so they don’t dry out.

For baked pork chops don’t shy away from those thicker cut pork chops. These easy baked pork chops are great with a little bit of a thicker chop!

You can always use bone-in pork chops if you like, if they’re on sale or if you have them on hand. The bones are not going to hinder you here. Just make sure the pork is cooked through before serving and add a bit of time if necessary, since bone-in usually needs more time.
