How to make pizza pinwheels with tortillas
First thing to do is dice the jalapeno. Not sure how to do it? Cutting a jalapeno pepper can be tricky, so it’s important to understand the basics of cutting these spicy treats.
Start by cutting off the top of the jalapeno pepper and cutting it in half lengthwise. Then, scrape out the membranes and seeds with a large spoon before cutting away the stem and discarding it.
Finally, slice or dice your now-deseeded jalapeno pepper into whatever form your recipe requires. And be sure to wash your hands well (and for goodness sake, don’t touch your eyes!).

Combine the chopped jalapenos with the cream cheese, shredded cheese and bacon pieces in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add 1/4 of the mixture to each tortilla, and spread over the entire surface.

Roll the tortilla up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours (this makes slicing easier).

Remove from the refrigerator, and remove plastic wrap. Cut into 1-inch sections. Arrange flat on a platter to serve.

How to store jalapeno popper tortilla pinwheels
You can prepare this jalapeno popper pinwheel recipe in advance, but they’ll only last about 24 hours in the refrigerator before starting to get soggy. Keep that in mind if you’re doing party prep.
Have any leftovers? We never do! Store them in an airtight food container and store in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Because of the cream cheese and sogginess factor, I do not recommend freezing these jalapeno popper tortilla pinwheels.
