How to get a Busch Gardens Preschool Pass for 2024
Register online by May 31, 2024, to get FREE admission to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA for your preschool-aged child (3-5 years old).
After registering your child for the Pre-K Pass, visit the park by May 31, 2024 to redeem and activate it. Bring proof of your child’s age, either a birth certificate or travel passport. Copies are fine.
As long as your child is 5 years of age on or before the date you redeem the Preschool Card for your first visit to the park, your child is eligible. Therefore, if your child turns 6 over the summer, you can continue to use the free pass through the rest of 2024.
There is NO residency requirement, which means kids can live anywhere to get this pass. This is different than the offer at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, where kids (and their adults) must be Florida residents.
Details of the 2024 Busch Gardens Williamsburg Preschool Pass
Once activated, this Preschool Card is good through November 3, 2024, and gives unlimited FREE admission to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA for your preschool-aged child.
This includes the Halloween Spooktacular happening in the Sesame Street Forest of Fun beginning September 24th. New for 2024–on Saturdays and Sundays, kids are invited to come in costume and enjoy the Trick-Or-Treat Trail in the Wild Reserve.
The least expensive one-day admission ticket to Busch Gardens is $53.99, so this is a huge savings! Tickets are required for ages 3 and up. Toddlers/babies 2 and under are always free.
What about parents, siblings, and grandparents?
For those accompanying preschoolers to the park, there are many options as always. There are some significant changes to this year’s Fun Card, so be sure to read the details before purchasing.
The 2-park Fun Card starts at $109, has no blockout dates, and does not include parking. Also, it allows unlimited admission to Busch Gardens through September 2, 2024, and Water Country USA through September 15, 2024. Therefore, it does not include the fall and winter holiday events. Also, note that this differs than the end date of the Pre-K Pass (November 3, 2024).
If you do plan to visit multiple times in 2024 (and you should!), you are better off with a membership that includes parking ($30/visit). The 2-Park Unlimited Membership starts at $234 and is good for a full 12 months, including special events Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town. You also receive two free guest tickets.
What’s the Weather-or-Not Assurance policy?
If you happen to choose a day that is then impacted by weather, you can visit guest relations to receive a ticket for your 2nd visit. This policy ONLY applies to those with a Single-Day or Multi-Day ticket (such as friends or grandparents you have brought along).
If you’re using the Preschool Card or a Membership Pass, you already have the ability to visit on another day for f

Young kids will love the beginner water slides and Lil’ Surfers Splash Pad. Read about all the kid-friendly attractions at our guide to Water Country USA.
