With a cookie scoop, form balls from the mixture (refreeze if truffle mixture begins to melt).

Roll in cocoa powder. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.

How do I give these as a gift?

During the holiday where we live the weather is cold enough that we can pack these up in some small bakery boxes with parchment inside and just remind the reciever that they should be kept in the refridgerator.

If that’s not the case where you live, you can always pop these into a small cooler with some ice packs until you arrive at your destination and can deliver them to the intended recipient.

Trying to ship these easy chocolate truffles might be tricky. I’d send something a little more stable like fudge or cookies instead!
