Ingredients

  • 1 lb spiral ham pieces, cooked
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 8-10 small red potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (such as green beans, carrots, corn)
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Add ham, broth, celery, potatoes, vegetables, and onion in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
