Italian Beef in the Crockpot

I think that to own a Crockpot is to love a Crockpot. The slow cooker is the perfect kitchen appliance to make back to school season a breeze. The kids are busy with activities, and it seems like the more they do the more I do!

The last thing I want to do is hover over the stove in order to get dinner on the table. That is where the Crockpot comes in to save the day!

This is a great recipe for meal prep. If you like to take sandwiches or wraps for lunches, this meat is so easy to shred and portion out for meals on the go.

You can serve these up however you like. The classic way to serve this Italian beef is on a hard roll with some melted provolone cheese. But it's also delicious to skip the bread and serve it on top of or alongside a salad or other vegetables. If you are watching your carbs this can still be a great recipe for you to enjoy!
