Cooking this particular recipe doesn’t really benefit from the high heat, get it done quickly mindset. This one is best done low and slow so the beans and sausage can mingle 🙂

Get ready to be thrilled. This recipe is very very simple to put together. It’s a winner in the flavor game but also in the preparation game, there’s almost nothing to it!
Put broth in slow cooker and stir in garlic, onion, oregano, salt & pepper until combined.
Add in sausage, beans, carrots, and celery.
Place bay leaves on top.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Stir in spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 - 4 pack andouille sausage, sliced thin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons dry onion, minced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 2 cans great northern beans
- ½ teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cups chicken broth
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 cups baby spinach
Instructions
- Put broth in slow cooker and stir in garlic, onion, oregano, salt & pepper until combined
- Add in sausage, beans, carrots, and celery
- Place bay leaves on top
- Cook on low 5-6 hours
