  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup canola oil

How to make cake mix cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, egg and oil. Dough will be dry, that's normal.

Roll cookie dough into balls about 2-inches in diameter.

For circles, flatten each with the bottom of a glass. Add sprinkles if desired.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until centers are set.
