When it's time to get dinner on the table I'm looking for an easy option that will put smiles on everyones faces. It's also really great if it's budget friendly and can be paired with a healthy side dish or two.

This easy pizza frittata is the answer we've all been looking for. It's loaded with great flavors, can be paired with an easy salad or veggie side dish, and everyone loves when I make it.

What is a frittata?

Frittatas are traditionally Italian and they're similar to an omelette or crustless quiche.

They're usually egg based and then have additional ingredients added like meats, cheeses, or veggies. You can make them as savory and dinner worthy as you like!

Can I top this with other pizza toppings?

If you have picky eaters this is a great recipe because you can customize it for their tastes. Add some sausage, leave off the mushrooms, whatever it takes to make everyone happy!!
