In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, sea salt flakes and poppyseeds until well combined.
Taste and adjust to personal preferences.
Store in an airtight mason jar (or other spice jar) in a cool, dry place for up to three months.
How to make a small batch of this homemade seasoning:
You’ll see in the recipe below that it’s Tablespoon measurements. If you want to make a smaller batch of seasoning switch that out to teaspoon measurements in the same amount.
This takes the end amount from 14.5 Tablespoons (almost one cup) down to 4.5 Tablespoons (a little over 1/4 cup).
