Is this a crispy coated fish recipe?

Yes! The breadcrumbs and the cheese will make a crunchy outer coating in the oven so if you have fans of fish sticks and similar items in your house this will be a hit!

If you don’t like mayonnaise don’t worry, this does not have a very strong mayonnaise taste. It basically cooks out to create the oil needed to crisp up the outer coating so it’s not going to be very noticeable in the final flavor profile.
