We love making air popped popcorn and it’s super easy to use it for all kinds of flavored popcorn recipes but you can also just buy the bags that go into the microwave. Whatever is easier for you will work!

What you need to make delicious rosemary parmesan popcorn recipe:

There’s nothing super fancy happening here, I promise. You’ll need a bag of microwave popcorn, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and rosemary. You can also add sea salt to taste but the microwave popcorn is already pretty salty so taste it first!

If you are using air popped popcorn you’ll probably need about 2 cups or so total (popped) and you will probably want to add the salt since there’s no oil or butter involved in the cooking / popping process!

In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil and rosemary.

  • 1 bag microwave popcorn, popped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon rosemary
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place popped corn in a large bowl 
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil and rosemary
  3. Drizzle olive oil mixture over the popcorn 
  4. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese
  5. Add sea salt to taste  
  6. Toss until well coated
  7. Enjoy!
