What’s the trick to making this dip quickly and very easily?

A food processor! Yep! You read that right. We will be using a food processor to get this dip perfectly blended and smooth.

The food processor is for more than just chopping up vegetables or grinding nuts, etc. You can use it to make the best and most creamy dips without having to worry about making sure all of your ingredients are room temperature (which is not great for dairy products to begin with).

You’ll see below how we make this creamy red pepper dip with a food processor. If you don’t have one I definitely recommend grabbing one. You can order them online but you can also usually pick them up second hand pretty cheap.

The food processor is one of our more useful kitchen appliances and we use ours a good amount for blending, chopping, mixing, and making all kinds of delicious recipes.

Ingredients needed to make creamy roasted red pepper dip:

This recipe uses a few different kinds of creamy cheese and dairy products to achieve that perfectly balanced dip base. We will use feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt and then add in roasted red peppers, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, and salt/pepper to taste.

That’s all you will need to make this red pepper dip with cream cheese. You can make substitutions if you don’t like any of the seasonings or spices. I like it as is but if you are very averse to any of them you can leave it out without really damaging the recipe.

I know a lot of people don’t like cumin but in this recipe they’re not overwhelming and they work to bring out the flavors of the peppers and cheeses!
